We have the ability to serve you quickly and conveniently. Orders are processed and shipped as followed:
Orders recieved before noon on day one will be shipped on day two.
Orders recieved after noon on day one will ship on day three.
Wedding and party favors follow the timelines outlined on the information page.

Delivery: We ship via UPS and USPS (if you need next day air please call us or email us to complete your order.) Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days unless otherwise noted. We do not ship orders out on Fridays.
Note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a street address.
Warm Weather Shipping: During warm weather (usually May through September) chocolate will be shipped in an insolated shipper with ice packs. This will result in additional shipping charges. We will also advise you of arrival times. Please be advised we may have to hold shipments to avoid weekend or holiday delays, but if so, we WILL advise you in advance!
Payment: You will have 3 options to process your order. Secure credit card transaction via PayPal, by telephone, and check or money order by mail or in person. Personal checks must be cleared before shipment [usually up to 7 days]. Money Order payments will be shipped when received.
Returns: Any request for returns due to damage or quality problems must be made to us by email at info@sweetashleyschocolate.net or telephone [1.610.948.1085 within 2 business days after you receive the product. Please note no returns are accepted without prior notification!
